This Cancellation/Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased from our e-commerce platform and services subscribed to from our SaaS (academy software). By making a purchase or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Policy.

Part A: E-commerce (Physical Sportswear) Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

 

This section applies to all physical sportswear products purchased directly from our e-commerce website.

 

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

 

1.1. Eligibility: You may cancel your order for physical sportswear at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. 1.2. Refund for Cancellation: If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

2. Returns (After Delivery)

 

2.1. Eligibility for Return: We accept returns of physical sportswear products under the following conditions: * Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. * Product Condition: The item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects will not be accepted. * Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required. * Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect/damage. Such cases will be handled separately to ensure a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

2.2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt: * Items that have been used, worn, or altered. * Items not in their original packaging or missing tags/labels. * Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery. * Products that are part of a final sale or marked as non-returnable (clearly specified on the product page).

2.3. Return Process: * Initiate Return: To initiate a return, send an email to info@impetus-sports.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged/defective items, attach clear photographs. * Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the product back. Please do not send items back without an RA number. * Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are attached. Write the RA number clearly on the outer packaging. * Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

3. Refunds (E-commerce)

 

3.1. Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2. Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days of the approval date. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies. 3.3. Partial Refunds/Deductions: We reserve the right to offer partial refunds or apply deductions in the following cases: * Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Returns initiated after the specified return period. * Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to a defect/error on our part). 3.4. No Refunds: Items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria (e.g., non-returnable items, items returned without RA number, items showing signs of abuse) will not be refunded and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.


 

Part B: SaaS (Academy Software) Cancellation & Refunds

 

This section applies to subscriptions and one-time payments for our academy software.

 

1. Subscription Cancellation

 

1.1. Cancellation by User: You may cancel your academy software subscription at any time. 1.2. Process: To cancel, you can typically do so through your account settings on the software portal. Alternatively, you may send a cancellation request to info@impetus-sports.com with your registered email and account details. 1.3. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle (e.g., end of the month for monthly plans, end of the year for annual plans). No further charges will be applied. You will not be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period.

 

2. SaaS Refunds

 

2.1. Subscription Refunds: * Initial Purchase (Money-Back Guarantee): We may offer a limited money-back guarantee for new SaaS subscriptions within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. To claim a refund under such a guarantee, you must contact info@impetus-sports.com within the specified 7-day period. * Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service. * Mid-Term Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for mid-term cancellations of subscription periods.

2.2. One-Time Payment Refunds: * Eligibility: Refunds for one-time software purchases are generally provided only under specific circumstances where there is a demonstrable and critical defect in the software that prevents its core functionality, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. * Timeframe: Any request for a refund for a one-time payment must be made within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. * Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be granted for: * Change of mind after purchase. * Issues arising from user error, hardware/software incompatibility not specified by Impetus Sports, or third-party integrations. * Cases where the software has been extensively used. * Process: Refund requests for one-time payments must be submitted to info@impetus-sports.com, clearly stating the reason for the request and providing relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors). All such requests are subject to review and approval by Impetus Sports Private Limited.

2.3. Processing SaaS Refunds (If Approved): If a SaaS refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

 

3. Service Termination by Impetus Sports

 

3.1. Impetus Sports Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SaaS academy software, without refund, in the event of a breach of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, non-payment, unauthorized use, or violation of acceptable use policies.
